At Orah, we adopt a distinct approach to our orders, recognizing that every individual’s body is unique. Hence, to uphold our commitment to providing impeccable outfits, we have meticulously tailored our ordering procedure to encompass a comprehensive measurement gathering system.

Customers have the choice to either complete a measurement form or request a virtual measurement session after placing their order. Please be aware that measurements provided in the request form must be taken within 30 days before the order date to avoid the risk of sharing outdated measurements that may no longer accurately reflect your current body shape and size.

This step is essential to enable us meet the specified delivery date.

Orah Collections shall not be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from customers not providing their measurements promptly or errors as a result of inaccurate measurements provided to our team.
