Our Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, providing you with 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll furnish you with a return shipping label and provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior return requests.

Damages and Issues
We urge you to inspect your order upon delivery. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This enables us to promptly assess the issue and rectify it to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Adjustments and Exchanges
Orah Collections will not assume responsibility if customer-provided measurements turn out to be inaccurate. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for alterations or remakes. Return shipping expenses for items with measurements not taken by us or items fitted before delivery will be at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
While we have never encountered a situation that necessitated a refund due to our commitment to delivering high-quality products, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are more than willing to provide adjustments, future order discounts, or complementary gifts with your subsequent orders to ensure your satisfaction.
